What this website collects

This site uses privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages are useful. That means aggregate figures such as page views, approximate region and device type. It does not use cookies, advertising trackers, Google Analytics or a Meta (Facebook) pixel.

What this website does not collect

This website does not collect protected health information (PHI). There is no intake form, no symptom questionnaire and no patient portal on this site. Booking and clinical intake take place on Rose’s existing HIPAA-compliant scheduling platforms (Grow Therapy, Headway and Talkspace), each covered by its own privacy practices and business associate agreements.

Email, text and phone

Email and text are for scheduling and general questions only. They are not secure channels for health information, so please do not send medical details, diagnoses or symptoms by email or text.

Links to booking platforms

When you follow a booking link you leave this website and are subject to the privacy policy of that platform. RG Wellness does not control and is not responsible for the practices of third-party sites.

You can browse this entire website without providing any personal information. Nothing on this site requires you to create an account or submit data to read it.
